WHAT DOES THE SCREENING INCLUDE?
The screening gathers comprehensive data from 12 tests to give a concise picture of your current health, training, performance and recovery. No matter what your goals, a NuMi 360º with Movement Assessment will provide high-accuracy data to unlock valuable insights. You'll get your results within just a few days, paired with expert analysis, in the form of a video Health Coach session.

A comprehensive movement assessment and Corrective Exercise Plan by Recover Physio.

Physical Measurements
The key basic insights that still really matter. A measurement of your weight, height and waist circumference.

Blood Tests
A simple finger-prick test to check 2 key blood markers - full cholesterol and blood sugars.

Hearth Rhythm
A mini ECG test that analyses your heart rate and rhythm over a 30 second period.

Vitamin D Testing
Completed as part of the two base finger prick blood tests.

Screening is carried out at Recover Physio, 18 Princes St, Norwich, NR3 1AE.
5 x 90 minute sessions are available every Monday.
All NuMi testing and Recover Movement Screening is carried within the 90 minute session.

Typically we’re able to feedback results with actionable guidance within 7 working days. This enables your NuMi coach to tailor the follow-on advice to your specific needs and goals.
The total cost of the NuMi 360o testing and Recover Movement Screening is £500. This covers the initial 90 minute measurement session at Recover Physio's clinic in Norwich, as well as the 90 minute follow-up online consultation.
