About Lindsey
Lindsey is a Chartered Physiotherapist earning her Master's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia. She holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Canada, providing her with a strong foundation in human movement, including a deep understanding of movement patterns and biomechanics.
Driven by a strong desire to help others, she excels at encouraging and supporting patients on their recovery journey. She is passionate about helping individuals move and feel their best, free from pain and limitations. She adopts a holistic approach to treatment, believing in the power of movement as medicine, and combines this with hands-on techniques to effectively address musculoskeletal conditions.
Outside of the clinic, Lindsey enjoys traveling, hiking, and training in the gym.
