Why Choose Recover Physio?
We’ve been helping people in Norwich since 2012, using a mix of treatments that we know work and rehabilitation techniques designed to get you back to your optimum health and activity levels. Our aim for every patient is not only to remove the pain, but to also fix the underlying problem to ensure it doesn’t come back.
Our team will work closely with you to create a treatment programme that will deliver results, including support and encouragement at every step of the way. We have had hundreds of satisfied Recover Physio clients and pride ourselves on making sure everyone has the time to talk through their problems so we can fully understand and help in the best way possible.
We specialise in treating issues of the muscular, skeletal and nervous system and have helped a wide range of people of all ages and activity levels.
The first step is to book an Initial Assessment where you will have the time to talk through your issue and we will perform an assessment to diagnose the problem. We will then begin a treatment programme and talk you through any rehabilitation exercises you should do at home and why they are required. We have found the approach of ‘hands on’ treatment with rehabilitation exercises is by far the best way of treating the majority of conditions.

Excellent quality of care and knowledge from Sophia. The sessions started promptly and made good use of time with a mix of checking progress, teaching and adapting new exercises, and manual therapy such as massage or dry needling. Saw good progress with lower back pain after a few months, and after about 6 months it's feeling the best it has in the past decade.Chris Jay Client at Recover Physio - Princes Street
Mel has been instrumental in helping me manage, and root out the cause of chronic pain I’ve been experiencing in my head and neck. Her sessions provide relief, and she has been able to point me in the direction of physical therapists who were able to refer me on to further testing and scans. I’d highly recommend seeing her to help manage your pain, she is incredibly professional and is able to provide a number of different massage therapies with academic knowledge base.Rae Goddard Client at Recover Physio - Princes Street
Oliver is a great physio who is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick to diagnose my rotator cuff difficulties after a quick examination and effective massage. The series of exercises he gave me was easy to follow and very effective. After a couple of follow-up visits my shoulder recovered quickly. Thank you!James Mildren Client at Recover Physio - Princes Street
I walked into Riddhi’s room on crutches and in tears and came out dancing! Her treatments and exercise suggestions didn’t just address my acute pain but made a difference long term, in just seven sessions. I am practically pain free, which I haven’t been for years and am continuing to improve. Thank you!Birgit Griem Client at Recover Physio - Princes Street
